Promotion Director:
We are looking to fill the position of Promotion Director. Jobs duties are, but not limited to:
Responsible for networking with the station's sales department and programming department, organizing and coordinating station events, and assisting in arranging on-air contests to increase the visibility of the station in the community and generate new revenue
Deep understanding of concepts involved in radio promotional activities for 7 stations
Searching and contacting potential sponsors to generate revenue
Exposure to fast paced work environment
Ability of finding consumer trends and deciding the marketing policies for stations
Strong ability to maintain co-ordination of work between teams in different departments
Excellent time and resource management skills
Strong leadership qualities maintaining great team spirit among the staff
Discussing and reviewing created programs with the sales team and programming team
